WARNING: Checking your lug nuts is not enough!
Previous work by an incompetent mechanic could have killed us or others on the highway…
Our wheel sheared off the axle while traveling at 60+ MPH.
Cause: spindle nut retainer was missing from one hub and installed improperly on the three other hubs.
We were stuck on Vernal Utah for a week as Riley from Stick’s Mobile RV and Trailer Repair found and corrected the problem. He was amazing.
The incompetent repair shop is Beaver Tire located in Beaver, Utah.
In our next video we confront Beaver Tire about their faulty work. Will they make it right?
