We visit Montpellier without a plan…. Bad idea!
We quickly learn that we should have checked a calendar to see what might be happening in Montpellier on the day of our visit. It turned out to be some silly catholic holiday we’d never heard of that actually shut down half the city. We make the most of it and take in some sights sans huge crowds when it turns out to be pleasant.
Next up: We visit Nice, France, before we exit the Schengen zone.
